Boston's Newest Soccer Tradition

Get ready for the Latin Derby β€” a doubleheader clash between Boston Latin School and Boston Latin Academy, two of the city's most historic high schools, that celebrates athletic excellence, community spirit, and our friendly rivalry!

While BLS and BLA soccer teams have played each other regularly for many years, this is the first year our boys and girls varsity teams will play in back-to-back games β€” promising an electric atmosphere for all fans at Clemente Field on Saturday, October 18.

The Latin Derby raises the profile of high school soccer in Boston to where it belongs, showcasing the talent of our student-athletes and bringing our communities together around the beautiful game. See you there!
